About Me.
Hello there, my name is Ken DeFoor and over the last 20+ years I have run long term care communities all over the country. Regardless of where I was there was aways a constant with families who toured my buildings, they were severely undereducated on a decision they were tasked to make for a loved one. That is why I started this service, ultimately to help people make informed decisions about the care for a loved one. From helping with discharge planners at the hospital, touring the long term care communities you have in mind, reviewing their state survey, queuing families on questions to ask and what to look for during tours, are some of the service and guidance you will be provided with. I have a passion for helping people and, chances are, if you are reading this paragraph, I can help you too.
